As stated by my Twitter profile, I’m… “A blogger, musician, and all-around social-media geek from Illinois. Email: sf@samferry.com.” Starting from the beginning, my name is Sam Ferry (obviously), and I’m an all-around geek and tech enthusiast. I started up this site a while ago, to simply be a place to post what’s on my mind, or a place to post whatever I want to discuss, review, or tell people about. Whether I’ve got something on my mind–a rant, or whatever–or a review of a product or something, you’d be sure to find it here. Where am I on the web?–you ask? Well, the answer is simple–everywhere. IRC is something I use ALL of the time, and you’ll find me on it 24/7. My main IRC network is AceIRC, which I spend most, if not all, of my daily time on. You can connect to AceIRC for yourself at irc.aceirc.org, and don’t forget to stop by #Datablab [insert advertising]. I’m also on some other IRC networks, such as WyldRyde (Connect to irc.wyldryde.org). Also, I’ve become recently more and more interested in the wonder that is social networking. Off to the right, there is an ever-growing list of social networks that I am on (linking directly to my profile). Some of my favorites are Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Delicious, FriendFeed, and Google Reader, so feel free to follow me, add me as a friend, or whatever.
